2008 320d Coupe Discs and Brakes (and Advice)

10 Arrived for what I thought I had booked in which was a service as I had a red picture of a car on a ramp on the dash. It took Graham 30 seconds to point out to me that it was not a service but the brakes that needed attention. He showed me all the functions you can access through the on board computer thingy. He soon also found out that my car needed the discs doing too. While I was there I asked some general advice on the car I had recently bought and he was incredibly helpful, giving me the run down on all aspects of my car, its plusses and minuses and things I should look out for. I also asked him if he could look at a long piece of plastic trim which had appeared to have come loose of the passenger seat. He said he would. The car was ready in only a few hours and the cost was very reasonable, I thought the discs and pads would be a small fortune but all together inc vat was only a shade over £200. He had also fixed the trim at no extra cost – superb. He also gave me advice on when other things may be due on the car including the service which it appeared was thousands of miles away to my great relief. I will definitely use Graham for all my needs for my BMW in the future, he was excellent, very professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Just a note to let anyone reading this know – Graham can supply a courtesy car while your car is fixed. You have to ask for it when you book your car in to see if one is available and take your insurance details with you. I would definitely recommend this BMW specialist to anyone.
