First Time Customer

Visited Graham Martin (“GM”) in June 2015 as a first time customer. I was having my BMW MOT’d and although this is done off-site, the service that I received was fantastic. Customer care is clearly a strong part of the experience that GM provides. The representatives that I spoke to on the telephone were very catering and personal. Nothing was a problem and everything was explained clearly. On the day that I took my car to GM, I was welcomed into the customer area/reception and invited to utilise the facilities upstairs where they have a cafe. Once the car was checked I was spoken to by one of the workshop mechanics who provided me with some advisories which were of no issue, but I was reassured that they would complete a full investigation should this be required. If you are thinking about using GM, I would strongly recommend. It is the same service that you will receive from Halliwell Jones/Williams, but the quality of care given is of a much higher and reassuring manner. In the nicest possible way I hope I don’t have to return for work to be completed on my car, but should circumstances change, I will certainly be using GM.
